Terms & Conditions
Here are the terms and conditions included in the rental services of Prana Air.
The minimum rental period is for 12 months along 10 units at least.
A rental security amount is to be paid in advance when you make the order.
The security amount is refundable only after the completion of rental period.
For any physical damage on the product, you are liable to pay for it. It will be adjusted with the security amount.
For any technical issue of the product and data accessibility, Prana Air will provide the technical support during the rental period.
The rental service includes only for the product, technical support of device setup and cloud server for data accessibility.
The rental service doesn’t include the Wifi service.

– Yes, the whole amount needs to be paid in advance with a refundable deposit amount.
– Yes, the security amount is fully refundable after the completion of rental period. In case of any physical damage to the unit, it would be deducted from the security amount.
– In case of any technical issues, technical support would be provided. First, you have to contact Prana Air support team.
